Following almost 15 years of field work, developing and revising multiple trials, Inglese Dinamico (In Venice, Italy) has achieved a balance between instructional needs and practice presented within its newly released SAILS Certification program.
Excellence in teaching is a combination of passion for teaching, mentoring by seasoned instructors and meaningful teaching practice which provides support and necessary tools for sustainable instruction of challenged and typical learners.
SAILS is exactly that. It is cross-linguistic and cross-cultural making it a flexible and easily taught program that results in your student learning the phonological and orthographic connections to promote fluent speaking and reading, and language strategies necessary to move easily between English and their primary language(s). Teachers become expert in the skills associated with best teaching practices in global educational settings that are recognized for their excellence.
A unique certification program focused on phonology, phonological awareness, phonetics and phonics; a language intervention approach based on Orton-Gillingham multi-sensory methodology, developed and taught by Nancy Rose Steinbock, M.A., CCC-SLP, an internationally recognized expert in language acquisition and disorders.
The program is comprised of 3 modules for a total of 120 hours of intensive, hands-on training that will allow teachers to have the awareness and the tools necessary to help both challenged and non-challenged learners become successful learners with skills that can also be applied cross-linguistically.
